PETRONAS celebrated its sixth consecutive FIA Formula One World Constructors’ Championship win in Kuala Lumpur today with special guests, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Motorsport drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Motorsport became the first team in the sport’s history to win six double championships in a row. The Silver Arrows clinched the Constructors’ title in Japan, where Bottas claimed the race win, while Hamilton became the second most successful F1 driver of all time at the US Grand Prix.At the PETRONAS Twin Towers, the drivers thanked PETRONAS staff for their invaluable contribution to Mercedes’ success over the last decade of partnership.Hamilton said: “It’s become a great tradition that PETRONAS invite us to their headquarters to celebrate the championships together – they’re a very important part of the team, and we could not have done this without them.
